always time for a first

Last night an old kid Young American came to London with some friends doing what they do best DRAG. So of course to show our support and a little reunion with Ross, we jumped in the car and went; Anna even jumped on a bus and came all the way from Bristol. Not know what to expect we took the night as it came, stopping for a cheeky Starbucks before hand. It was the first time any of us had been to a gay bar and to see a drag act before, and it did not let us down. The environment was so care free, you could be who you want, no tension, no fights just happiness and excitement for the show. Clearly some perfect music and so many dance partners. After a few shots and drinks we started to get in the party mood which was wicked, once the show started everyone went crazy, the supporting acts were fabulous, and then the main act, Ross's friend and another 2 guys were just outstanding, funny, talented and you could see how much fun they were having. After the show we went upstairs for the big reunion which was so cute and a little photoshoot and a glass of champagne. I have not had that much fun on a night out in London for a long time, so unexpected. I defiantly learn't a lot and I am so grateful how open my family have brought me up to be, knowing that as long as you can be who you are then we will love and support everyone no matter what.
Be who you are, live and love.
More pictures are to come.
