nothing like

a good old road trip. So I took two of my best friends to see the UK cast of the Young Americans at a town nearly 3 hours away. I wanted to take show them what we do, and for them to see why I leave them for months at a time all for the kids we are so blessed to work with. It was best friends meeting best friends. I had made alot of food for the road, some pretty awesome cd's and the best company I know and headed on the road. We stopped at Ash's mom's barn which was filled with flowers for weddings and valentines day filling our hearts with love already. Sat Nav on here we go, we stopped for coffee and then we finally arrived. Walking in and all of my friends running at me and taking the time to introduce themselves to the boys was just magical. They were rehearsing and this was the first taste that they would get of just how talented the YA's are. The boys faces just DROPPED. It took them by complete surprise, then when the show came they were clapping along, smiling and I had a little sob and just held their hands. I can not explain how much it meant to me to see them embrace and love it all. After all the months apart, tears, sweat, heartache it was so worth it. I can not wait for the day I perform as a young american in front of all of the boys.
My heart is just filled. I love my life.
So blessed.
