here we go

so I am about to go and join the UK Young American cast for the last leg of their tour, and I am so excited I have already spent a few workshops with them. This is one of the best cast's to come to the UK and I feel so blessed to get this chance, it's going to be a long and hard few week's as I have to learn all the material for both acts of the show during workshops hours but I am so ready. So this morning I headed up by train to Durham a place I have never been before and meet the cast! They welcomed me in with open arms and a whole lot of love. Workshop day one was wicked, the kids are awesome we taught them the opener and did singer rounds and a dance circle which oh my we are working with really really talented kids. Then we got to meet our homestays for the three days, in which I was staying with the lovely Becca whom I get to tour with this summer we stayed with a really really cool Portuguese family, who where so cool, they spoke portuguese at home, they had a beautiful home and made us some food from their country. Which was YUMMY! We did the show which was amazing. Then we got a day off, my dream has always been to see the Angel Of The North and visit Newcastle; and guess where they had planned a day off in THOSE PLACES. We took the morning to sleep and get ready then we went to Durham Catherdral which was where Harry Potter was filmed then we went to the Angel Of The North and Newcastle. We went to art galleries, took a stroll around the beautiful town, then Annies Mom and Dad had flown over from the USA and we all meet up with them for dinner. It was such an amazing three days here, I am so sad to be leaving.
